Scott Roberts, President of SFR Development, Inc. and the Managing Partner of Crown Point Associates, LLC, has been involved in developing and building high-end master planned communities, single family homes, and commercial shopping centers since the early 80's.

As a resident of the High Country (Boone, Blowing Rock and West Jefferson), and managing partner of Crown Point, Scott's daily focus is working with land planners, road builders, landscapers, local and state government authorities to design and construct Crown Point.

Scott takes a lot of pride in making sure Crown Point is given special attention to detail. He believes it is a very special piece of property with magnificent views, rare vegetation, many beautiful rock out-cropping and a simply special setting where every inch is focused on having both functional and aesthetic perspectives.
